These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and our services.

Proposals and scope

The scope, timeline, price and payment milestones of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the first milestone payment is received.

Payments

Invoices are payable according to the agreed milestones. Third-party costs such as hosting, premium plugins, themes, fonts, stock media and advertising budgets are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the final designs, code and content created for the project. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide content, feedback and approvals in reasonable time and confirm that supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights. Legal text such as privacy policies should be reviewed by the client's own adviser.

Results and liability

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
